It was here, in the North of England, that the founder of our company, the late Jack Clark, gained his principal manufacturing knowledge working in and for the regional Wool Industry.

Established in 1972, in Bradford, (Originally named Clark Textile Accessories) J Clark & Company provided a quality and competitive service to the many local wool mills.

Initially, these services included machine repairs, component refurbishment and drilled and pinned replacement accessories for all combing & carpet machinery.

In 1985, as his workforce grew, and with the addition of his son and daughter, the company moved to bigger premises in Shipley.

The introduction of disposable spare parts manufactured in plastic subsequently created a complete new direction for us, and with sheer determination and hard work, we perfected the art of moulding pins and needles into plastic.

Through many customer demands, and achieving an enviable reputation for manufacturing quality pinned products, our business has grown to encompass not only the Textile Trade,

but also the Pet Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Flexible Packaging, Marine, Automobile & Aerospace Composites, Hot & Cold Needle Perforation and many more diverse industries.
