We Supply The Following Base Materials
Brass & Steel Base
Built for top durability and eco-friendliness.
They fit existing steel fallers. Perfect for early fibre preparation machines like Gardella, Mackie, Linimpianti, and Bomatex.
These are available in either single or double rows and from densities approximately 0.5 pins per inch to 12 pins per inch employing from 9’s gauge pins to 19’s.
Should a customer prefer brass/steel gills for 2nd, 3rd, 4th Drawing Frames and Roving Machinery, (Ideal for manual repair,) we would be only too willing to supply.

Though still durable, the advantage of using this base material is its’ flexibility for both colour-coding and cost effectiveness.
We supply this base in any colour to any specification.

Anti-StaticCarbon Fibre
After years of research and development, our special disposable Carbon Fibre Nygills now feature a highly resilient base with the added benefit of being extremely electro-conductive.
This cuts down dust build-up. Production and yarn quality get better as a result.
Our suppliers only provide the carbon fibre material in black, so we do not colour-code our carbon fibre nygills.
